of our jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying documentation are returned.
  • The item has not been specially commissioned, personalised, resized, altered, or made-to-order.
Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Wholesale customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any issues relating
to manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect supply must be reported in
writing within 7 days of receipt, including supporting photographs where applicable.

Approved wholesale returns may be eligible for replacement, repair, credit, or refund
at the discretion of Aminoff London.

Returns Process

All returns must be authorised before shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied
incorrectly. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable delivery service,
as Aminoff London cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned goods have been
received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
