- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accompanying documentation are returned.
- The item has not been specially commissioned, personalised, resized, altered, or made-to-order.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

to manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect supply must be reported in
writing within 7 days of receipt, including supporting photographs where applicable.
Approved wholesale returns may be eligible for replacement, repair, credit, or refund
at the discretion of Aminoff London.

incorrectly. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable delivery service,
as Aminoff London cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned goods have been
received and inspected.
